I was just thinking the other day, if I ever made a bridal bouquet, it would have to be something different. I've seen some of the wonderful bouquets made from vintage brooches, and have been so inspired by them. But they've been done already, so I'd have to think of something unique....
If there's something I have plenty of, it's vintage fabric yoyos. Perhaps I'll make a bridal bouquet from them!
I just happen to sell vintage yoyos in bags of 100 in my Etsy shop.....
For the centers of my yoyo flowers, I would use some of the vintage buttons that I've been hoarding....
Sometimes I make button bracelets with some of my buttons to sell in my Etsy shop, but I digress.....
......once I made enough flowers for my bouquet, I would have to use some vintage ribbon to wrap the "stems" of the flowers in the bouquet:
And if I ever made a bridal bouquet, the finishing touch would be a pretty bow:
So that's my version of a bridal bouquet. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, since I'm already married. I guess it's just here to give ideas to others.....

I'm getting married next summer/fall and I was thinking how I'd love a vintage bouquet. I love the idea of one made of brooches!

I can't believe how many yo-yo's you have. Where do you find them all? And you're vintage buttons make me swoon. I'd use them to make molds so that I could make more buttons. It's a vicious circle~
